Todd Conklin, Ph.D., is a leading voice in workplace safety. He spent more than two decades at Los Alamos National Laboratory, serving as Senior Advisor for Organizational and Safety Culture and helping lead its Human Performance program.
He’s internationally recognized for his work on the relationship between frontline workers and the systems, processes and programs that shape how work gets done.
Conklin has worked with organizations around the world, bringing his approach to safety culture, human performance and event investigation into both executive conversations and frontline practice.
He is the bestselling author of Pre-Accident Investigations: An Introduction to Organizational Safety, and hosts the popular twice-weekly PreAccident Investigation Podcast.

Previously, Baldwin served as President of Fortive’s Gems Sensors & Controls business and held senior leadership roles at Fortive’s Tektronix, Texas Instruments, National Semiconductor and Analog Devices.
